2. Relationship with Webflow
- MerchFlow is a third-party tool built to enhance Webflow’s e-commerce experience.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by Webflow, Inc.
- Your use of MerchFlow is subject to both these Terms and Webflow’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your Webflow content, products, and order data. MerchFlow processes this information only to provide Services and does not claim ownership.
3. Accounts
To use MerchFlow, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activity on your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- MerchFlow may require a paid subscription.
- Fees are billed according to your chosen plan and processed by secure third-party providers.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- Refunds are not guaranteed, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MerchFlow to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or Webflow’s Terms of Service.
- Upload or sell unlawful, harmful, or infringing products.
- Misuse customer data obtained through the app.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit MerchFlow technology.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- MerchFlow’s software, brand, and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
- All rights not expressly granted remain with MerchFlow.
7. Service Availability
- We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
- MerchFlow integrates with Webflow and may rely on other third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- MerchFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- MerchFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the past 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MerchFlow, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your use of the Services,
- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to MerchFlow at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other legitimate business reasons.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Dover,DE.
14. Changes to Terms
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of MerchFlow means you accept the updated Terms.
